Samsung is cutting up to 30% of its overseas staff in some divisions, Seunggyu Lim and Aditya Kalra of Reuters reports, citing three sources with direct knowledge. Recently, the company instructed its subsidiaries worldwide to reduce its sales and marketing staff by 15% and the administrative staff by up to 30%, two sources told Reuters. The plan will be implemented by the end of the year.
