Salesforce receives investments from several activist investors, FT reports

Marc Benioff, the salesman who co-founded Salesforce, has long irritated Wall Street Critics due to his preference for growth over profits, Ortenca Aliaj, Antoine Gara, Richard Waters, and James Fontanella-Khan of The Financial Times reports. Between the company’s recent string of acquisitions and its slump in stock price, Salesforce has garnered the attention of several Wall Street activist investors.
