Safe & Green Holdings announced that the Company received a letter from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications, indicating that since the Company has not yet filed its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Company is not in compliance with the continued listing requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires listed companies to timely file periodic financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Under the Letter, the Company now has 60 calendar days to submit a plan to regain compliance and if the plan is accepted, the Company can be granted an exception of up to 180 days from the Filing’s due date, or until October 14, 2024, to regain compliance. The Company plans to file its Form 10-K imminently.
