Ryerson announces offering of 4M shares of common stock for holders

Ryerson Holding Corporation announced that a significant shareholder, an affiliate of Platinum Equity, has commenced a secondary offering of 4M shares of its common stock pursuant to a shelf registration statement filed with the SEC. The selling stockholder will receive all of the net proceeds from the offering. J.P. Morgan is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
