Rush Street Interactive (RSI) is exploring strategic options including a potential sale, Gillian Tan and Christopher Palmeri of Bloomberg report, citing people with knowledge of the matter. The company’s representatives have approached potential buyers including DraftKings (DKNG), a source told Bloomberg. DraftKings “speaks to a variety of companies regarding various matters in the normal course of business, and it is our general policy not to comment on the specifics of any of those discussions,” a spokesperson for the company told Bloomberg. Shares of Rush Street Interactive jumped 13% to $6.90 before being halted for volatility following the report.
