BMO Capital analyst John Joyner raised the firm’s price target on Rush Enterprises to $68 from $60 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares after having hosted meetings with the company’s CEO and CFO last week. Much of the discussions centered on the truck cycle and the company’s “enviable positions with leading truck brands,” says the analyst, who adds that if Rush’s earnings streams can consistently prove to be more resilient than in the past the firm believes it could “build a basis for a sustainably higher valuation.”
