In a regulatory filing earlier, RumbleOn disclosed that on April 18, Blake Lawson delivered a letter of resignation to the company. Lawson will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer of the company through the company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 4. Lawson previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the RideNow group of powersports retailers, which was acquired by the company in 2021, and “has provided crucial financial leadership in connection with the integration of RideNow and other acquisitions by the company,” the filing stated.
