RMR Group increases quarterly cash dividend 12.5% to 45c per share

RMR Group announced it has raised its regular quarterly cash distribution on its shares of Class A Common Stock and Class B-1 Common Stock to 45c per share, representing a 12.5% increase over last quarter’s cash distribution of 40c per share. This distribution will be paid to RMR‘s shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 22 and distributed on or about May 16.
