Riley Exploration offers to sell 2.1M shares of common stock

Riley Exploration Permian announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,100,000 shares of its common stock, which includes 700,000 shares being offered by the Company and 1,400,000 shares being offered by certain of the Company’s stockholders. The Company and the Selling Stockholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 315,000 shares of common stock. Truist Securities, Inc. and Roth Capital Partners are acting as joint book-running managers for the Offering. Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and Tuohy Brothers Investment Research, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the Offering.
