Rightmove upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley analyst Pete-Veikko Kujala upgraded Rightmove to Overweight from Equal Weight with a price target of 600 GBp, up from 530 GBp. The analyst sees the stock benefiting from conservative market expectations, priced in CoStar risk, and a housing environment “turning from a headwind to neutral impact.”
