REV Group announces offering of 7.4M shares of common stock for holders

REV Group announced the launch of an underwritten secondary public offering of 7.4M shares of the company’s common stock by American Industrial Partners Capital Fund IV, LP and American Industrial Partners Capital Fund IV, LP. The company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares being offered by the selling stockholders. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
