Baird lowered the firm’s price target on Resources Connection to $13 from $15 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm said demand trends continue to be very sluggish as clients are slow to start new projects while existing projects move to completion. Baird said valuation appears inexpensive relative to historical earnings levels, but stock likely remains depressed until revenue shows signs of a turn which may take two or three more quarters.
