Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Regions Financial (RF) to $24 from $26 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares post the Q1 report. The bank’s adjusted earnings were modestly ahead and included a fifth straight quarter of security losses, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
