RealReal is looking to expand its current footprint of 12 stores to 30 in the next few years, CEO John Koryl said Friday, The Wall Street Journal’s Sabela Ojea reports. “People want to have a conversation such as ‘I have a Rolex my dad gave me, and I want to know how much it’s worth before I get rid of it’; that’s the conversation that typically happens in a store,” Koryl said in an interview. The company is looking to set up smaller sites, of a size of around 2,500 feet, in wealthy, but more local neighborhoods, according to the report.
