Private equity companies are circling TheRealReal, the troubled online marketplace for luxury goods, amid hopes for an M&A transaction that would consolidate the market, Puck’s Lauren Sherman reports. TheRealReal will likely have to find a buyer that will take it private, or file for bankruptcy protection, restructure, and then find a buyer "at some point," Sherman writes. Reference Link
