QuidelOrtho: Will endeavor to preannounce ‘when it makes sense’

QuidelOrtho, which did not preannounce quarterly results, commented at the JPMorgan Healthcare Conference that the company has historically preannounced “when we have something that’s materially different than you think,” and that it will endeavor to preannounce “when we think it makes sense.” While Savanna was “an important thing to preannounce,” the company said it announced that “a week or so ago, so we didn’t see a need to do that.”
