Quest Diagnostics’ board has authorized a 5.6% increase in its quarterly dividend from 71c to 75c per share, or $3.00 per share annually, effective with the dividend payable on April 22 to shareholders of record of Quest Diagnostics common stock on April 8. The company has raised its dividend annually since 2011.
