Quanta Services increases quarterly cash dividend 12.5% to 9c per share

Quanta Services announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to stockholders of 9c per share, or a rate of 36c per share on an annualized basis, which represents an approximately 12.5% increase from Quanta’s last quarterly cash dividend paid in October. The dividend is payable on January 12, 2024, to stockholders of record as of January 2, 2024.
