Qualcomm has ended its bid to buy Israeli car chip maker Autotalks, citing a lack of timely regulatory approvals, Reuters reported on Friday. The U.K.’s CMA opened a probe into the deal in February. “Automotive is a very important vertical for Qualcomm and we remain fully committed to our product roadmap, our customers and our partners,” Qualcomm said in a statement.
