Daiwa upgraded Prudential plc to Buy from Outperform with a price target of 1,550 GBp, up from 1,500 GBp, citing both the recent share-price pullback due to event-driven asset-side concerns as well as what the firm calls "bright new business prospects." The firm says when it looks beyond Prudential’s mixed 2022 results it sees "most of the headwinds behind us."
