Prosperity Bancshares (PB) announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 60c per share for the fourth quarter of 2025, payable January 2, 2026, to shareholders of record as of December 15. The fourth quarter dividend represents an increase of 2c per share, or 3.45%, from the prior quarter.
