PriceSmart announced a 26% increase to its annual dividend in the total amount of $1.16 per share, with 58c per share payable on February 29 to stockholders of record as of February 15 and 58c per share payable on August 30 to stockholders of record as of August 15. This represents a 26% increase over last year’s 92c per share dividend, payable in two 46c per share installments.
