Interest from two early suitors for Silicon Valley Bank (SIVB) – PNC Financial (PNC) and Royal Bank of Canada (RY) – had cooled on Sunday, as U.S. regulators invited bids for the failed lender, Reuters says, citing sources familiar with the matter.
