Piper Sandler analyst Matt Farrell notes that a short report was circulated on DoubleVerify that points to concerns that include ad market pressures, slower-than-expected international growth, an industry "race to the bottom in prices," questionable acquisitions and selling by its largest financial sponsor. The firm, which continues to believe DoubleVerify can keep outperforming the broader digital advertising market, expects to hear more from the company when it reports earnings on Wednesday, May 10 and reiterates an Overweight rating on DoubleVerify shares.
