Photronics announced that John Jordan, executive vice president and chief financial officer, CFO, has decided to retire. Jordan, who has served as CFO since he joined the company in 2017, will retire February 23, 2024. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Eric Rivera as interim chief financial officer, effective upon Jordan’s retirement. Rivera joined Photronics in 2016 as corporate controller and has served as chief accounting officer since 2020.
