Phio Pharmaceuticals announced that Robert Bitterman has been appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as the company’s President and CEO, effective as of February 20. Bitterman has served as Interim CEO since September 2022. Bitterman will continue to serve as Chair of the Board, and as the company’s principal executive officer and principal financial officer.
