Phibro Animal Health announces CFO Damian Finio to resign

Phibro Animal Health announced that Damian Finio, Phibro’s CFO, has informed the company that he will resign from his position effective September 29. Phibro also announced that Richard Johnson, who previously served as the company’s CFO from 2002 until his retirement from this position in 2020, and has continued to serve as finance advisor to the company, will work with Finio over the next few weeks to ensure a transition. Johnson will assume the role of interim CFO of the company effective as of September 30 until a successor to Finio is identified.
