BofA analyst Elizabeth Suzuki lowered the firm’s price target on Petco to $5 from $10 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm lowered its estimates after Petco’s Q3 results as risks have risen, but the analyst contends that shares are “more than pricing them in.” Margin contraction has become a bigger headwind to bottom-line growth than the firm expected, the analyst added.
