Canaccord analyst Michael Graham lowered the firm’s price target on Peloton to $5 from $6 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm said while the momentum with the Rental program and progress bringing the Tread+ to market are encouraging developments, with limited visibility into sustained top-line growth and continued elusive free cash flow, they maintain their rating.
