Citi lowered the firm’s price target on PayPal (PYPL) to $95 from $98 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. With environment uncertainty and a large part of the year remaining, leaving the outlook unchanged and embedding more prudent assumptions was the right move for PayPal, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
