HBO Max’s parent company Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), or WBD, filed a lawsuit accusing Paramount Global of reneging on parts of the the "South Park" deal a few month back, and now, not that long after, Paramount announced it countered sued WBD, wrote Lauren Forristal for Tech Crunch. On Wednesday, April 19, Paramount filed suit, saying the company reneged on two payments of $26M each, "bringing the total unpaid fees to $52," noted the story. " Reference Link
