Citi analyst Tyler Radke says Palantir Technologies reported another quarter of slowing growth with a "skinny beat" on revenue, partially offset by better adjusted margins. The outlook was even more disappointing with revenue expected to decline quarter-over-quarter in Q1, and the 2023 revenue outlook 3-6 points below the Street in the mid-teens, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Citi views the positive share price reaction as a selling opportunity and keeps a Sell rating on Palantir with a $5 price target.
