P10 announced the appointment of Tracey Benford to its Board of Directors as an independent Class II director, effective April 22, 2024. Ms. Benford will serve on the Company’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. As a former Partner from Goldman Sachs, Ms. Benford oversaw the Global Markets Division for the Midwest, Southwest and Canada, while managing some of the firm’s largest alternative asset managers, pension funds and insurance companies.
