Oxford Square Capital intends to redeem a portion of its 6.50% Notes due 2024. The Company expects to redeem $10,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the issued and outstanding Notes on September 11, 2023. The redemption price per Note will be $25 plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon from June 30, 2023 to, but not including, the Redemption Date.
