The Company expects net sales in a range of $1.62 billion to $1.66 billion as compared to net sales of $1.41 billion in fiscal 2022. In fiscal 2023, GAAP EPS is expected to be between $10.86 and $11.26 compared to fiscal 2022 GAAP EPS of $10.19. Adjusted EPS is expected to be between $11.50 and $11.90, compared to fiscal 2022 adjusted EPS of $10.88."
