Jefferies analyst Brent Thill believes Oracle’s (ORCL) naming Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia as co-CEOs supports its focus on cloud infrastructure and apps powered by artificial intelligence. Both are “product-driven leaders” and the executives position Oracle to accelerate its momentum in enterprise AI, the analyst tells investors in a research note. However, Jefferies believes the return of a co-CEO structure, which has led to share underperformance at some of the company’s tech peers, raises concerns about leadership clarity and execution. It keeps a Buy rating on Oracle with a $360 price target
