Oracle return to co-CEO structure raises concerns, says Jefferies

Jefferies analyst Brent Thill believes Oracle’s (ORCL) naming Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia as co-CEOs supports its focus on cloud infrastructure and apps powered by artificial intelligence. Both are “product-driven leaders” and the executives position Oracle to accelerate its momentum in enterprise AI, the analyst tells investors in a research note. It keeps a Buy rating on Oracle with a $360 price target
