Citi analyst Ygal Arounian raised the firm’s price target on Opendoor Technologies to $2 from $1.50 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares ahead of the Q4 results. The analyst says housing macro indicators are stabilizing following months of rapid declines. However, there is still uncertainty in the near-term, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
