Microsoft-backed OpenAI has informed some former staff that they can sell shares in ChatGPT maker in an extension of a recent tender offer that valued the AI developer at $86B, The Information’s Stephanie Palazzolo and Jon Victor report, citing two people who reviewed the offer.
