B. Riley analyst Josh Nichols lowered the firm’s price target on Ooma to $14.50 from $19 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares post the Q4 report. The analyst cites Ooma’s slower near-term growth and below-average EBITDA margins relative to peers for the target drop. However, the firm believes the shares are attractive at “just” 1-times sales. 2600Hz is also on track to become accretive to EBITDA sometime in Q1, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
