BMO Capital lowered the firm’s price target on OneMain Holdings to $45 from $47 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The company saw a "broad-based" earnings miss but raised guidance marginally for loan growth, also reiterating prior targets for credit losses and operating efficiency, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO adds that OneMain is managing credit and funding risks prudently ahead of an impending economic and rate cycle.
