Onar closes acquisition of Retina AI

ONAR (ONAR) announced it has closed the acquisition of Retina AI, an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform known for early, individual-level customer lifetime value prediction. The Retina transaction was structured as an all-stock, 100% preferred share deal and provides ONAR with Retina’s assets. This closing comes on the heels of ONAR’s recent closing of the JUICE acquisition, adding a top-ranked performance agency to the network, doubling revenue, and creating immediate cross-sell motion between JUICE’s client base and Retina’s.
