Novo Integrated Sciences ‘orchestrating a scam,’ White Diamond Research claims

Short-selling research firm White Diamond Research stated in a report on its website that Novo Integrated Sciences “is a shady looking company that used to be on the OTC exchange and uplisted to the Nasdaq in 2021.” It “appears that Novo Integrated Sciences is orchestrating a scam with a convicted ponzi scheme criminal,” claims the firm, which says this is “another case that we are reporting to the SEC.”
