Susquehanna raised the firm’s price target on Norfolk Southern to $230 from $220 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The analyst said management set honest expectations on near-term service improvement, headcount additions, and demand "murkiness" in 2H23. We see a better setup for shares post-2Q.
