The Atlanta regional director of the National Labor Relations Board has concluded that Apple violated federal law by interrogating and coercing workers in the state, the latest legal issue over the company’s reaction to organizing initiatives, Bloomberg’s Josh Eidelson reported Monday, citing the NLRB press secretary Kayla Blado. The director also found that Apple held mandatory anti-union meetings in which management made coercive remarks and the agency will issue a complaint if the company doesn’t settle. Reference Link
