Nintendo intends to boost Switch production in the coming fiscal year after shipping about 21M units of the six-year-old console in the year ending March, Bloomberg’s Takashi Mochizuki and Debby Wu report, citing people familiar with the matter. The company had reduced its sales forecast for the Switch to 19M units in November, but now believes it can make more and meet what it views as strong demand, the authors say. Reference Link
