Erste Group downgraded Nike to Hold from Buy. The analyst says consumer sentiment has “deteriorated significantly,” particularly in Nike’s important sales market of China. Nike’s margins are still above average compared to the industry and the valuation of the share is below the long-term average, however, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
