In a regulatory filing, NGM Biopharmaceuticals disclosed that on April 3 Jin-Long Chen, Ph.D. resigned as Chief Scientific Officer of the company, and as a member of the board, in each case effective as of April 4. "The Board has accepted Dr. Chen’s resignation and is grateful for his many contributions to the company that he founded in 2008," the company stated.
