Compass Point analyst David Rochester lowered the firm’s price target on New York Community Bancorp to $4.50 from $5 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm is adjusting its FY24 and FY25 core EPS estimate to 19c and 40c from 42c and 80c, respectively, mainly reflecting the material increase in diluted shares due to the bank’s capital raise.
