New Found Gold increases Queensway drill program to 650,000 meters

New Found Gold announced an expansion of the exploration program at its 100% owned Queensway Project on the Trans-Canada Highway, Newfoundland. To date the company has completed 516,263 m of drilling at Queensway. New Found is now planning to drill a total of 650,000m as part of its ongoing drilling program at Queensway, an increase of 150,000m over the company’s initially planned 500,000m. In 2023, the company contracted HiSeis to complete a 3D seismic program covering the Appleton North Corridor at Queensway North to a depth of 3,000m. The company expects to receive an initial interpretation of this data in the coming weeks.
