National Storage price target lowered to $32 from $34 at Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo lowered the firm’s price target on National Storage to $32 from $34 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. Wells is also adjusting its estimates lower, but believes National Storage’s guide for 2023 should be secure. Nonetheless, the firm argues that Street consensus needs to come down for 2024.
